Acknowledgment

These terms govern the use of the service and form the agreement between you and the Company. They apply to all visitors and users.

Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, you may not access the service.

Accounts and access

Access is granted to healthcare professionals and institutional users. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Your permissions within the platform are determined by the role assigned to you by your institution. You must not attempt to access data outside the scope of that role.

AI-generated content

The platform's AI tools produce drafts and suggestions intended to support, not replace, professional judgement. You remain responsible for reviewing, verifying and approving any output before clinical, regulatory or contractual use.

We do not warrant that AI output is complete, current or free of error.

Clinical Record Anonymizer

The Anonymizer is provided as a browser-local utility. OCR and the small language model run entirely within your browser tab on your device; we do not receive, store or process the patient text or images you load into the tool.

The tool's output is a first-pass anonymisation aid only. You remain responsible for reviewing the anonymous text and the redacted image before any downstream use, and for redacting any remaining identifiers we did not detect. We do not warrant that the tool identifies every personal identifier in every document.

Analytics

We use analytics cookies only where you have given consent. Declining does not restrict your access to any feature of the platform. See the Cookie Policy for details.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be signalled by the last-updated date above.
